Inflatable Dock Seal

An inflatable dock seal is a device used in loading docks to create a tight seal between the dock and the trailer or truck being loaded or unloaded. It is typically made of durable fabric or rubber material and is inflated with air to create a secure barrier.The inflatable dock seal is designed to reduce energy loss, prevent drafts, and protect goods from outside elements such as dust, insects, and weather conditions. It also helps maintain a controlled environment inside the facility, especially in temperature-sensitive industries.The seal is usually positioned around the perimeter of the loading dock, forming a seal around the sides and top of the trailer when it backs into the dock. Once the truck is in place, the inflatable dock seal is inflated using an air compressor or blower system, pressing against the sides and top of the trailer to create a tight seal.
